Gotta give this lady a big shoutout @rustymcdon - Shes come a long way in a short amount of time. - - When we started she set goals for next year, (realistic goals) one of them was to be able to do 10 pull ups. - She is now on 5 unassisted controlled pulls 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Granted they ain’t full reps just yet but I’m still proud of her.
