3years ago when i started Crossfit I barely could move any big weights from the ground then I signed up for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. Big boys weight I called them. Thrusters at 43Kg/95lbs deadlifts at 102kg/225lbs... “Hell no!” - but I did it! . Today I’m in a position where I program myself 52kg/115lbs thrusters because why not, and deadlifts are minimum for 10’s TnG with those 225lbs. .
