Miss Asp in act 2:
just realized today that judith probably planned the party at nation (and told miss asp about it) for the express purpose of blaming it on sheila as a pretext to getting her put back in solitary, and probably as revenge for the seemingly-recent eye injury. and it was, essentially, a wild coincidence that sheila got put back in solitary that night for completely unrelated reasons that miss asp cared about significantly more. hence “sheila planned the party, just throw her in bing!” / “this isn’t about the party!”
no pressure at all but if you’re looking to draw more of the lihn girls I’d love to see Judith!
Here's Judith Ramone!! Thanks for the request <3 I drew this while watching the lihn bootleg and guys,,, I love this musical.
This drawing is dedicated Tatiana Wechsler’s solo in the opening of Revolution Song, especially the “take a stand / hold my hand” part. It sounds so good.
happy valentine’s day garbage girls
interesting to me that at the beginning of the show Miss Asp says Judith “come[s] with ample subsidies from the state because [she’s] been thrown out of every other facility in the region”, but later on all the girls are so surprised when Buzz comes to get Judith because, as Dorothy says, “Judith never gets into trouble”. and sure, that could easily be brushed off as being because of her deal with Miss Asp—that she has protection in addition to the (false) promise of a transfer—except Judith really truly never acts out! like yes obviously she picks fights with the other girls and is a bully, but not once does she ever act up when Miss Asp and/or Buzz are there. Judith certainly isn’t a character who ever tries to make herself look small, but whenever Miss Asp or Buzz are present she’s clearly making an effort to not draw unnecessary attention to herself. it just makes me wonder what on earth she did to get kicked out of multiple other juvies in the first place! why did she act up there, but not at Nation? is it because of Buzz? Judith claims she’s the reason they have bars on the windows, not Sheila, so did she used to get into trouble at Nation and then decided the consequences weren’t worth it? many thoughts.
Today’s disabled character of the day is Judith Ramone from Love in Hate Nation, who is visually impaired and has an unspecified trauma disorder
