There is a juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, and a special sauce that gives the sandwich a lot of flavor. Great for a quick and filling meal.
Ingredients: 2 ficelle bread rolls. 1/2 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 slices cheddar cheese. 4 slices bacon, cooked. 2 lettuce leaves. 2 slices tomato. 2 slices red onion. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 teaspoon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Warm up a grill or griddle on the stove over medium-high heat. Make two burger patties out of the ground beef that are each the same size. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Put the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a unique sauce. Put away. Spread vegetable oil on the ficelle rolls and grill them for one to two minutes on each side, until they are just barely toasty. Take it off the heat. For medium-rare, put the burger patties on the grill and cook for three to four minutes on each side. You can cook them longer if you like them more done. During the last minute of cooking, put a lid on top of each patty and add a slice of cheddar cheese. This will melt the cheese. Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each ficelle roll, spread the special sauce. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then the burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. It has bacon, tomato slices, and red onion slices on top of it. On top of that, put the other half of the ficelle roll. Enjoy the ficelle burgers as soon as you serve them.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup water. Lettuce and tomato for garnish.
Instructions: Crack the blue cheese into small pieces and add it to a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. To make the burgers, put a patty on the bottom half of each bun, add a spoonful of bacon jam on top, and then add lettuce and tomato on top of that. Serve hot with the top half of the bun on top.
