i still don’t think I’m even decent at writing fanfics, but I couldn’t resist some spicy birb!Julian.

Julian was still going with celebratory toast to our reunion. I was a few drinks in and could feel the heat on my cheeks. But the feeling quickly disappeared as I gazed at the being in front of me. Not human. Not demon… But the still the love of my life. I was going through all the reason I wanted to be with him in my head, but I guess he caught me staring.

“Oh.. ah.. Are you alright, love?” His concerned face came into focus.

“Ilya!” Listening to him deprecate himself completely jerked my mind back from the tipsiness.

I guess the brashness in my voice snapped him to attention too as his whipped his head to look back at me. I cup his face between my hands and drag myself closer to him.

“Julian.. No.. please no. Please don’t talk like that. You’re not a monster…” I trail off. A little embarrassed to be honest. I can feel me cheeks flush again. “I- I was staring because.. Because I like to see you… I missed you so much.” The sting of tears start to well up in my eyes. I can’t help it.

His face is in shock. I can see it in his eyes. We just sit there for a moment as we are. Me holding his face. I start to run my thumbs over the small feathers near his eyes and after a moment, I plant a hard kiss to his lips, flinging my arms around his neck. He makes a muffled noise, but leans into our kiss with such hunger. Finally, we have to part for air.

“Julian.. You’re you and that’s what I love about you. What makes you beautiful. I couldn’t care less about looks” I run my fingers through the feathers on his head and I can’t help but to look at him so steadily in the eyes. “Buuuut, you being so attractive is just a plus,” I say running his nails down his chest.

There’s a short silence as Julian process what I just said. “..you- you really think that- There’s no way you could be attracted to this!” he says gesturing down at himself.

“I’m attracted to you, Julian… feathers or not.” I start to claw down his stomach. “I want to be with you. To touch you. To be here for you.”

At this point, my hands have made their way to his lap. Gripping his thighs.

He seems awestruck. He doesn’t know what to say. How to down talk himself with my words swirling in his head.

Then I can feel his lips kissing my body. I let out a shaky breath I didn’t realize I was holding in and I feel him quiver against me. I snake my arms around him so he knows not to stop.

It’s different, but nice, feeling the tickle of his feathers. The pressure of his claws on my skin.

I panic for second. That the noise scared him. I go to look at him and feel his claws tug hard at my top. The motion making my sleeves fall more.
