Não dá, não deu 🤦🏻‍♀️O que eu tinha na cabeça quando quis ler este livro? Eu sei que é porque eu amo Julie & Julia e fiquei obcecada pela história da autora e, depois de pesquisar um pouco (leia o recente post Julie & Julia Julie & Julia Julie & Julia no blog) soube deste segundo e último livro dela. Não é pela história em si mas, depois de fazer sucesso com o blog, Julie Powell encasquetou que queria aprender o ofício de açougueiro. Não sou vegetariana nem nada mas sou sensível demais. Li até a parte que ela consegue o emprego de aprendiz e aprende a destrinchar um porco. Pensei em pular essas partes mas eu iria perder boa parte da história. Daily Journaling

Last night, I completely forgot to write into my journal to talk about my stupid day from work yesterday. 

As soon as I got home yesterday, I checked the mail, ate dinner, talked to my brother and sister-in-law in regards to the plan for Thanksgiving, etc. I am looking forward to tomorrow though. We close the office early. I’ll be driving my happy butt up to Dallas, to spend Thanksgiving with my mom. 

I’ve been watching “Julie & Julia” way too many times, that I felt inspired by typing a blog daily. All Julie Powell blogged about was her cooking through her way through Julia Child’s cookbook - “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”. To be honest, I really want a copy of the cookbook. I would like to try out some of the recipes that are in the book. Time will tell.
