WARM UP: 20 minute stair master levels 3-5 (mostly at 5)
WORKOUT (taken from https://thethirty.byrdie.com/booty-building-workouts) 3x12 deadlifts - 60lbs
3x20 walking lunges - 15 lb dumbbells
3x15 hip thrusts - 20lb for first set; 30 lbs for last 2
3x 15 jump squats
WARM DOWN:
10 minute treadmill - 3.5 mph - 8.0 incline
20 minute sauna (thee best part 🙌)
