●the agency bought Atsushi his first binder as a gift and he almost cried-
●Lucy literally attacks anyone who misgenders anyone in the agency, she has to be held back-
●Yosano taking Kyouka on shopping trips to buy all the pretty dresses she wants
●Lucy goes by she/they pronouns
●Kunikida struggles with internalized transphobia at times but everyone's always there to help

●Junichiro and Atsushi remind eachother to take their binders off if they forget or have worn it for too long
●Dazai, although treating him like shit, was the first person to acknowledge Akutagawa was male and treat him as such besides Gin. That might play into why Dazai's validation/acknowledgement is so important to Akutagawa
●Kunikida/Dazai giving each other shoulder massages before bed to help ease any pain or tension from binding
●Chuuya is agender, he/they, and literally couldn't give two fucks if you didn't support him, but the second you give his friends/co-workers shit? Yeah you dead
●Akutagawa hates not wearing his binder and was really self destructive when it came to binding pre top surgey
●Higuchi would always remind him to take breaks though, and remembers how long he's been wearing it so she know when to make him take it off
●he doesn't really listen to her though so she'll often get Gin to talk with him and that works sometimes
●Ranpo prefers he/him but really any pronouns are fine
●Kyouka uses neopronouns!!
●also Kyouka decorated Atsushi's binder and he loves it (painting/drawing)
●Kyouka and Kenji made everyone pronoun bracelets
●Yosano cut's everyone who wants their cut's hair, trans related but also just in general, I just feel like she'd be good at cutting hair. Like for expample if Atsushi was ever getting dyshphoric over his hair length the could just go to Yosano, bonus he doesn't have to pay too
