A little late on posting this, but mostly because I am horrendously busy this illustrious Octubre

I was really too busy to be doing a magma this weekend, but I AM IMPULSIVE AND DESPERATELY NEEDED TO DRAW AN ATOMIC LASS DONNIE.
Anyways, I was planning on drawing both Leo and Donnie cosplaying together, but I realized half-way through coloring Donnie that I genuinely had zero time for that.
So, I left the Leo half open for anyone to try their hand at it, and OH MY GOD DID @alexguard PULL THROUGH.
(Just in case it isn’t clear/you don’t read the rest of this, alexguard did both the Leo and the background; full credit to them for those parts!)
I CANNOT TELL YOU THE AMOUNT OF SHEER JOY I FELT WHEN I OPENED UP THE MAGMA TO SEE WHAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE BESTOWED UPON ME; DUDE I WAS ROCKING BACK AND FORTH IN MY CHAIR IN UTTER EXCITEMENT I AM NOT NORMAL FOR THIS
The background is so strikingly beautiful; I love how they kept the lighting consistent with the highlights I used on Donnie (tbh I just picked a random color but I love that they did this!) AND GOD this alone is just so beautiful and sparkly and it looks straight out of a Jupiter Jim comic and I love it!
Also, also-- the shading on Leo?? ASHFG it makes his suit look so edible and textured I LOVE IT! HE IS SO SMUG AND SILLY AHHH
(I now realize that this post is mostly just me gushing over a collab but oh wellllll)
I'm not sure if I've properly displayed my appreciation for this, but, again, thank you SO MUCH for helping me bring my Atomic Lass Donnie and Jupiter Jim Leo cosplay drawing to life; this is so wonderous and I am very very very happy with how it turned out!
Anyways anyways, great job this weekend everyone! I loved seeing a lot of my favorite/childhood shows readapted onto these Rise babies; fantastic work! Hopefully I'll be able to poke my nose in on this next weekend's Magma, but I'll likely just be lurking rather than doing art (someone better hold me back)
