my favorite bit of evidence for the lost world by sir arthur conan doyle being the very first jurassiclock fic is the fact that professor challenger is played by basil rathbone in the 1966 audio version they did of it

ok listen though alienlock comes to earth and meets raptor dad john and they see the raptors and the raptor chirp at them when they see them and alienlock starts chirping back and they all just keep talking to each other like that and john is like you understand them ???? and alienlock just grins and tells john that the babies love john and like to listen to him talk when hes rambling and alienlock and the raptor babies just always chirping and making noises that keep john up at night but he loves all of them anyways
