and you start laughing, because not only have you been on call with katsuki for like an hour already so saying hi would be random, but you also said it high pitched in your cat voice. a voice you’d never use to a human unless they’re a baby.

katsuki’s head darts up from your laugh, “i was talking to willow. not you baby.”

he eyes the cat in the phone, covering your body and only your face peeking out from the top. you’re stroking him, and faint purrs can be heard.

katsuki’s ears flush red first, then the blush blooms across his cheeks. “fuck me then.” he mutters going back to whatever paper he was looking for.
