yamaguchi tadashi seeks love every night under a blanket of stars.

he wants to know what it would feel like to be wrapped within the arms of another. would he sink in the comfort of their chest, as he does when he dips his naked body into a warm tub? yamaguchi wants to know... if love gets colder the longer he’ll stay.

would they trace constellations on his tear-ridden cheeks? he hopes it feels as gentle as the swaying motions of his fingers up in the air. it’s difficult to imagine the warmth of someone else when the harsh winter breeze keeps seeping through his worn coat. there is no end to the arctic that lives within and outside of yamaguchi.

will he be urged to stay in the comfort of one’s home instead of standing absentmindedly under the cold night, wondering about love? will they scold his reckless actions out of care and worry? wishing to the stars has always been the same isolating routine; except for one occasion.

today he greets an empty night.

the stars are tired.

under the absence of the stars, yamaguchi lifts a finger up and sways it gently across the freezing air. he traces constellations subconsciously— ones that have been glued to the back of his mind. he wonders, if there’s someone out there who will be able to engrave his features clearly into their memory?

i would like to know... if yamaguchi will ever get tired of searching for love.

Good news, my mother apologized about making us feel like this.

Don't think we'll be doing anything tomorrow to make up for it because I'm positive my parents work on Monday, but we'll see what happens. If not I'm just going to spend the day with my sister. Make it worth something y'know.
