Finora non ho mai ordinato su JustEat, deliveroo e tutte quelle app là. Un po' perché nelle mie zone (sia a casa giù, sia a Venezia isola) praticamente non si possono usare (sembra incredibile nel 2021 ma è così), ma anche perché in fondo posso cucinarmi qualsiasi porcata io voglia se proprio non ho voglia di uscire a mangiare fuori.

Ma da quando sono qua che vedo un sacco di ragazzi con sti cubi sulle spalle sulla bici sotto il sole delle 2 o delle 3, non c'ho proprio cuore di fare un ordine da quelle app. E non penso lo avrò mai.

A tribute to Frames of Sugar

Last month i discovered a food blog that instantly become one of my favorite: Frames of Sugar. You definitely have to take a look. One of the best recipe that i found it’s this egg tarts that i made at home. This is the result, with pasta brisé i made a poor version (no truffles, no pine nuts) and i used chard instead of broccoli. Obviously the result is not comparable with the original, but i think it’s a good tribute and Cristina ate it like there will be no tomorrow, Epic win for Me
