Jose Garcia is a musician freshman at Godolkin university. He is the young brother of Justine Garcia.
Personality:
Jose is the polar opposite of his older sister. Kind and Down to earth and humble. But only really creates being a musician superhero. But he isn't guility of being bit flawless. He has tendency to show off to others. He also joking blunt like he told Sam Riordan then he knew how fake and short his relationship with his sister would be. When he plays he has the tendency to carry away losing control of powers. He is also a secret starlighter and will help the Guardian of Godolkin, even he is in performing arts.
Powers and Abilities:
Powers:
Kinetic Energy Generation: Jose is capable to generate kinetic with his fingers. It start as seemingly sparks of electricity then end up white energy blasts.
Superhuman Strength: Jose is shown to be strong than a regular human. Justine mentioned he used lifts things in high school to impress girls and steal from jocks. He is able shown to strong enough to punch Greg away.
Superhuman Durability: Jose is more durable than regular person. He mentioned the jocks never bullied he was tough one. He could tanks from Sam Riordan Greg.
Regenerative Healing Factor: While not as strong his older sister, he Jose Garcia manages recover in matter of hours.
Superhuman Hearing: Jose Garcia possesses superhuman hearing, allowing him to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, she can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot.
Abilities:
Singing: Jose Garcia skilled singer
Skilled Musician: Jose can play guitar, piano, and keytars with sufficient. This plays him focus his powers.
Skilled Combatant: While not he is from the crime fighting class, he is shown to being a decent skill of fighting. But able toe to toe with Sam and Greg at the same time
Weaknesses:
Psychological:
Limited Control: Jose has limited control his powers whenever he uses his hand quickly as like with playing music. This causes shock or explode himself or anyone anyone around.
Biological:
Brute Force/Limited Durability: Despite being more durable than humans, Jose can still be stunned, knocked unconscious, and killed by extreme force. He was unable to combine of Sam and Greg
High Frequencies: Due to being a Supe, Jose is susceptible to high frequencies. When a high frequency is playing, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize him.
Finger Requirement: Jose needs his fingers to create the kinetic energy. If they injured or broken, he used his energy attacks anymore.
Solid Surface: Jose needs a solid surface to generate his kinetic energy attacks. This makes his use of his powers in somewhat limited in if he can't a surface to charge against.
Limiting Fighting Skills: While Jose decently against Sam, Jordan, and Greg, One of the biggest contributors to his downfall is that he isn't trained fighter.
