A couple nights later, Tina got a text from Justin to come downstairs and meet him on the Travellers' back porch.
Tina: Justin? How long have you been out here in the cold?
Justin: Not long I swear. But the lights in your room were on and I figured you were home and... thought I'd stop by because I wanted to apologise.
Justin: So... I thought about it and you were right. I have been silent lately. I didn't mean to ghost you or take you for granted... it's just I have a lot on my mind, with school and... other things, you know. But I haven't been there for you when you needed a friend. I'm sorry.
Tina: Oh, I have other friends. It's not like I'm so lonely without you. But yeah... I have missed you quite a bit. I miss when we used to hang out every other day. I just thought you might have forgotten about me...
Justin: I haven't... and I could never. You're one of my closest friends, Tina. In fact, there is something I've been meaning to do for a while, and I don't think this is something I would like to do to any other friend...
Tina: ...and what's th— oh...
