5 minute lunch! Kale massaged with a drop of olive oil and a pinch of salt, topped with whatever you have on hand (baked tofu, sunflower seeds, raisins). Dressing optional. And I ALWAYS include nutritional yeast. Add other veggies too if desired. Omg - massaged kale is so good and so easy to do. Just add a drop of oil and rub between your hands for 30 seconds or until it reaches a texture you like. Massaged kale TASTES BETTER. Kaleing It with Blueprint
The best way (for me!) to jump start not only actual weight loss but ALSO to mentally get in the right space to be ingesting a ton of kale in liquid form is with a blueprint cleanse. You can order it from their website at www.blueprintcleanse.com or at your local Whole Foods! It won’t be easy but it will be worth it. I personally prefer picking up my juices at WF so I can mix and match what cleanse works best for me and will still provide enough energy to get my butt to the gym.
