Cidade Invisível trata nossa cultura de forma crível e sem deixar a desejar como outros do gênero (American Gods, por exemplo) em termo de efeitos visuais e uma película muito bem tratada a nível cinema. Uma trama rica, sem tons pueris ou com uma rápida e brusca bebida da fonte de Monteiro Lobato. A história é tratada com tons cinzentos de mistérios, ainda dando uma viagem nas origens de cada figura da mitologia tupiniquim.
