Kane Brewing Party Wave IPA (Picked up at Circle Liquor in Somers Point, NJ). A 4 of 4. On the fence about rating this one -- not the most complex thing ever, but just an exceptional hazy and juicy IPA. Lots of bright hop notes in the nose, a body that has just the right level of creaminess, and a finish that lingers with some excellent fruity notes alongside the bitterness.
Kane Sneakbox IPA. A fantastic citrusy low ABV IPA.
Kane Brewing’s Head High IPA on tap at Abruzzo at EWR. A 3 of 4. Probably the best beer I saw at any of the OTG food locations littered throughout this airport hellscape. Smells of orange citrus and some lighter tropical notes, as well as just a touch of caramel malt. Not as juicy as many IPAs today, but has some nice sweetness in the body, and just a tiny bit of resin in the finish. Well-balanced and not bad.
