canon clothes: we have a red turtleneck for our kankri, i think that's it. i wish it was still as easy to find clothing in our blood colours. on alternia, at least, it was pretty convenient. i remember stores catering to certain types of trolls and fashion styles stocking specific colour ranges, now it's a pain to find anything cool in mustard. retrospectively it could be a bit weird, like fancy stores only having neutrals and colours above jade, but alternia was just like that sometimes.

It's frustrating that there isn't a lot known about my backstory as a character. I am a very minor character that has a speaking role in...probably three flashes? And the rest of my appearances are just as random ghosts that exist to get vaporized by Lord English. I'm definitely not taken seriously by the narrative. But I AM heavily implied to have been culled, Beforus style, meaning that I was "adopted" like a pet and treated like a fragile little creature by some highblood with a savior complex. I know I was culled. But I don't know who it was. It feels like it would have been someone important, and my current theory is Beforus!Gamzee just because that would have been very messed up, with the implications it brings. Some things don't line up, though - unless Beforus!Gamzee was very different from Alternia!Gamzee, he would have been very into clown culture, and I don't think I grew up around very much clown stuff. So I'm not sure! I might end up having to try and supplement my own memories with fan fiction where I can just make stuff up to fill in the gaps. It's not the best practice, but the worst that can happen is that the fiction becomes inaccurate as I learn more.
