How they first met: It was a long time ago when they were first accepted to join the Hoenn League. Wallace saw Steven and immediately wanted to be friends with him. Steven was taken aback by Wallace’s personality and it took him a while to get used to it. They became really fast friends afterwards.
Where their first date was: They’ve had a lot of friend dates over the years of their friendships, so they pretty much went all over. They’ve seen it all. However, their first official date as romantic partners was super sweet. They had taken a nice long vacation down in Alola to get away from responsibilities and just relax. They’ve been there before pre-relationship, so they’ve pretty much done everything. But this time was so new, so different because they’re romantic partners now.
When they had their first kiss: It was definitely pre-relationship, like definitely in their early 20s. Wallace and Steven had just come back from an event. Steven was tired but Wallace was still full of energy. They were just chatting and honestly one thing led to another, they were smoochin’. For Wallace, it was any other thing. He was used to smooching his friends so he didn’t mind or care. Steven was a bit more conservative with his affections, so it was very awkward for him and he honestly stayed up very late trying to figure out why they were making out. He still doesn’t know why till this day.
Who cooks: They both share the task! Neither are fantastic at it, but they aren’t shit at it. They could probably beat out any PTA mom’s tuna casserole that’s for sure.
Who proposed: Wallace and Steven both talked about marriage and proposal that they ended up turning it into a game of “who can propose first”. Unfortunately, Steven lost that game. Wallace proposed to Steven in a very Wallace-extravagant way. And with rocks. Lots, and lots of rocks. Steven was crying and hugging the rocks while smoochin’ his man.
The dominant one: Both. Although Wallace is vers if we’re implying this in… Other ways… Heh.
Their favorite pass time together: They just love spending time with each other, no matter what they’re doing. If they’re in the same room and are both working on two drastically different things just makes them both feel so genuinely happy. They don’t need to go out of their way to always do gushy couple-y stuff 24/7. They’re content just being in the same ROOM as each other.
Who kissed who first: Wallace definitely kissed first (see previous kiss question).
Who is the flirt: Wallace 9000% is the biggest flirt. He likes to amp up his flirtations just to see Steven’s face turn bright red. Wallace thinks it’s super adorable when that happens and just makes him want to smooch Steven even more lol.
Who is the romantic: Wallace out-romantic the romantic of romantics if that even makes sense
Who wakes up first: Steven wakes up first. He tends to wake up super early in the day (usually before dawn or JUST about day break) and prepares a lot of stuff. He makes coffee for Wallace, he makes breakfast, he does a bit of cleaning, checks out his rock collection, feed their Pokemon, etc. Wallace tries to pay Steven back by doing all those, but he can never wake up that early no matter how many alarms he sets.
Who comforts who the most: They’re both pretty much on par with comforting whom. Though maybe Steven a little more since he intuitively knows how Wallace thinks and makes sure that he’s presenting the comfort in a way that fits who Wallace is as a person to ensure that nothing bad happens by accident.
The cuddler: Wallace is a huge cuddler. He loves cuddles.
