POOLE: What do you like that others consider niche?

“I mean... there’s one answer and that’s cryptids. Also crime, but you know, neither of those subjects are really knowable, so do I really know anything. I guess also talk radio is kind of niche. I know lots about the history of radio. And I’m good at taking things apart. Not putting them back together though.”

SOULMATES: Do you believe in soulmates?

“Um, I don’t know. I read somewhere that no one really knows how the magic works and it’s kind of sentient, so it’s different with different people. I also read that some people have more than one soulmate. If they are, I think I’d like that to be true. ‘Cause I’m think I feel more comfortable with that.”

GARGOYLE: Do you believe that all species deserve to be protected?

“Sure, they do, but my dad can rot in hell for all I care.”

SKYWALK: If you could travel to any time period, when would you go and why?

“Are you kidding me? I can’t believe you’re even asking me that question, as if the answer wasn’t obvious. I’d want to meet my idol. The bard himself, Shakespeare. I think that’s a bit obvious, right?”

RICHARDS: Have you ever pretended to be someone you’re not?

“Living with my mother. I had to pretend that I was someone I wasn’t. She didn’t give me an option to be a vampire that didn’t drink human blood. Maybe I didn’t have to pretend because she knew I was already different, but she made me into something I’m not for a bit.  I’m thankful I was able to get out of there when she shipped me off to Katmere Academy.”

KENNEDY: Have you ever felt like an outsider before? If not, what makes you feel like you belong in your social circle?

“I always feel like an outsider. I think it’s because since I’m supernatural, I don’t belong in the mortal world, but since I’m only half fae, I also don’t belong in the fae world either. I’ve never felt like I belong anywhere other than with my siblings and parents.”

SHIFTER: What animal would you shift into, if you had the power?

“I think I’d like to shift into a field mouse. They’re so small and can easily run away from a situation they don’t want to be in. Of course being small does have downsides, but for the most part, I think it would be nice to  be small.”
