Well we've officially made it through our first KCP&L Rush Hour day this year after hitting 102f with 76% humidity. Honestly it really isn't that hard to turn your thermostat back a couple degrees for a couple hours during the most miserably hot days, think about the lineman that have to deal with the overtaxed grid on these days. It was pretty hot and it seems like all my customers want us in the attic so I have an idea what they go through everyday. 🌡️🔥😥 . On another note if you live in Missouri and have KCP&L as your power company you should really consider asking for your free Nest thermostat. This is truly the best looking and functioning thermostat out there.
