Etho is a nonbender who is causing anarchy and chaos. he also is good with weapons
Wels is an earth/metalbender who works with the police
Jevin is a waterbender who grew up in the swamp

Alright stick with me here because I havent watched ATLA first hand.
Grian doesnt tend to use his air bending skills or so It seems. He's actually an extremely powerful bender, however the only time he ever shows it is when he's parading around as his alter ego. The feathered bandit, a vigilante capable of feats of flight with his air bending.
Stress and Iskall use their respective powers to create flower gardens. They keep the ecosystem flourishing even though they tend to leave a bit of a mess after fights against others. They are both quite strong.
Stress leads rivers and lakes to help hydrate their plants. She makes wonderfull water falls with her bending.
Iskall creates massive omega trees and flourishing flowers. He's one of the best gardeners around.
One day Keralis decided to attempt to woo Bdubs with his craft. He shaped up a huge boulder in the shape of a heart right in the view of Bdubs home. It was lovely! That is until it tripped off and almost crushed several people. Wels wasn't too happy :/.
