Her plan was just insane. 

Oh, for sure, it was meticulously planned, with every detail considered and the right people involved. Yet, she was on the verge of—no, not kidnap—rather, borrow some time from one of the most influential men in Domino City. Everything could go reaaally wrong. But it was exhilarating. 

Kat was hiding carefully, as Seto Kaiba realized that the alley behind him was now blocked, forcing his bodyguards to find another way to join him. Xeras was insufferable, clawing at the confines of her mind, excited, eager to fuse with Kat.  Her nose and mouth hidden by a mask with yellow fluorescent teeth painted on it, she moved away from her hideout, facing the CEO, blocking the other side of the alley. She looked at him, her eyes glowing yellow and a black sticky mist escaping from under her feet, as she let Xeras loose in her head. 

Before Kaiba could try to fight his way out, she raised her arm, activated her duel disk, as she looked at him, silent, challenging him.

A white leather travel bag has been left just inside Mai's front door, filled completely with luxury beauty products, foreign chocolates, designer winter clothing and 1120xx* in assorted bills. Laid at the center if it all, atop a mountain of cashmere and wool, is a small jewelry box; a note has been carefully placed on its lid.

"Wishing You Joy." is typed in silver ink, penned below in thick strokes of black a signature that plainly reads: "Kaiba Seto"

The jewelry box itself contains only three pieces, one necklace, one bracelet, and a single pair of earrings. A matching set of fine silver, each piece adorned with brlliant blue diamonds.

She was not expecting this. Kaiba really went all out when it came to gift giving, didn't he? Or was she just special? Or maybe he was merely trying to outdo her birthday gifts she gave for his day?

She sighed fondly. Her CEO seemed to know well of her love for extravagant things, but the white leather bag alone could've been a gift. It's contents were even more impressive and over the top.

SK-II, La Mer, and other luxury products were packed neatly in their gift boxes. European chocolates, too! Designer brand sweaters, with stacks of cash on top of it all. Over 11 grand. She almost drooled at the sight.

Finally, the jewelry box she couldn't wait to open up like a newly found treasure chest.--she gasped at the gorgeous pieces. She'd definitely wear them to their next charity gala or business party.

Gosh, Mai was blown away! She'd start planning for his Christmas present immediately! It was gonna be tricky topping this, that was for sure!

Plot Idea meme (accepting!) ♡

For Kaiba and Mai, I'd like for them to get to know each other on a more deeper and personal level. Beyond their CEO and employee relationship. I wish to ship with your Kaiba again, and if it's mutual on your part, I'd like for them to realize they've crossed the line of professionalism with a possibly intensity and passion shared at the right moment. I don't mean smut. Maybe a kiss or a wordless glance that says more than words could.

Maybe it was that they had stayed up too late after a long day of work, maybe it was that they had a little alcohol to unwind, but somehow the makeup collection had come out. Yuugi had started experimenting with it as a teenager, and while Honda never expressed any interest in it himself, he was grateful to have friends that didn't think it was weird for him to wear it. Still, he was surprised when he'd asked if he could try.

"Oh--sure, if you want to. It's easier if you try it out on someone else."

He'd almost asked why, but, decided it was just for fun. Friends were allowed to satisfy each others' curiosity. Meticulously, Yuugi set out everything he would need and explained what order to do it in. Nothing too elaborate, of course, but he had recently picked up a few more fun options for eyeliner and even an eye shadow palette.

👻 - Honda?

The fairytale island was shrouded in night, with Pegasus’s luxurious pool reflecting the full moon and stars. A certain hotshot blonde had been swimming earlier, distracted by the lavish amenities while trying to kickstart his career. Now, he lay passed out on one of the fancy beds inside, snoring loudly (but nobody could pull a fast one on him, even when he was snoozing!). Pegasus was urging Honda to wake him and leave before it was too late, with a helicopter waiting for them. Pegasus had just received very dire news. But while that happens, the Blue-Eyes Jet comes down to land at the island, and none other than CEO Seto Kaiba emerges. He was clearly here on business.

“Kaiba-boy, hold on! I know what I told you, but it will have to wait. I was just told some duelists were playing with an Ouija board inside... and, well... a horrible decision was made. The board asked for three sacrifices to be reborn. The next day, one of them disappeared. Then, the next—!”

(Always!) Things to do in October Starters: 🤡 Go to a haunted house attraction // THREAD.

It took a lot of convincing for her to go. Mai hated jumpscares and Halloween attractions, and knowing how much of a budget KaibaLand had, the lighting, audio and hologram work would be top tier. Then again. It was a kid's attraction at a duel monster's theme park. How bad could it be?

Still, testing it with just the two of them exploring wasn't so comforting to her anxiety. She was a big baby when it came to scary things!

Mai walked in close proximity at Kaiba's side, hands trembling as they ventured into the dark haunted house attraction. Dim red lights greeted them in the otherwise dark, linear space.

"W-well, let's go then.." Mai followed Kaiba's lead, wanting him to walk ahead of her.
