Today is #palmsunday for millions around the world. For those who are Not spiritual in any way OR who do not recognize nor participate in anything involving PALM SUNDAY...that is quite alright. Today's message is to EVERYONE OF ALL FAITHS. Today I am speaking to YOU. PERSONALLY. Today I want you to go find a favorite place (inside or outside) that brings #peace #happiness #relaxation #quiet and just SIT. BE STILL. CLOSE YOUR EYES. CLEAR YOUR MIND OF ALL THE #NOISE TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN. DRAW IN POSITIVE ENERGY. HOLD IT A MOMENT ALLOWING YOUR LUNGS TO FILL UP WITH ALL THAT ENERGY. IMAGINE IT ENTERING YOUR BLOOD STREAM AND FLOWING ALL THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY HEAD TO TOES. THEN...EXHALE. RELEASE NEGATIVE ENERGY WITH YOUR EXHALE. REPEAT THIS PROCESS SEVERAL TIMES. IMAGINE ALL ANGER. FRUSTRATIONS. CONFUSION. PAIN. TENSION....IMAGINE ALL OF THAT #toxicity LEAVING YOUR MIND AND BODY. I want you to REPEAT this for at least 5 minutes. Just focusing on DRAWING IN ALL LOVING, HEALTHY POSITIVE ENERGY THAT ALWAYS FLOWS AROUND US EVERY DAY. And with every exhale focus on releasing everything that is NOT Positive & Healthy. That is Not Love. Then start to shift your focus onto EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE TO BE THANKFUL & GRATEFUL FOR. There's no limit to how small or large. Just being ALIVE & STILL HERE is something to be grateful for. Today All I want for you is to BE HAPPY 😄 BE KIND TO YOU. BE PATIENT WITH YOU.
