eramis every time misraaks talks highly of the traveler and light
me watching eramis bitterly hiss “she could’ve had everything” and then book it without a guarantee that we’ll see her again
consider: namrask weaving beautiful tapestries that are super old school. like he weaves designs that he recalls from his life on riis, designs that only a very, very small handful of eliksni remember personally.
now also consider: eramis and athrys, when they are together again some time in the future, receiving a tapestry as a dawning gift. variks also receives one. variks is surprised, but he is also glad. athrys knows of namrask’s misdoings, but she is forgiving, and also accepts the gift.

my sleepy brain: more proof that eramis is rakis/spider’s mom,,, there’s a genus of spider called the eresus… harharhar
the utter venom in eramis’ voice when confronting misraaks about being a liar combined with the actual line itself (“don’t make me speak to your daughter again.”) was nuts and had me on the floor. like it’s not even directed at us and yet that’s somehow THE most threatening thing I’ve ever heard her say.
why does this cat remind me of eramis so much akdhkshd
