After lifetimes apart, together again.
eramis and her mate athrys [and hatchlings] back on riis
just a quick thing before work today :]
A little Valentine's Day related post
Rating possible Destiny versions of WYFILWMA, if anybody ever feels inspired enough to make one:
Osiris x Saint-14: 8/10. It's the most immediate choice, but incredibly sweet, especially considering the hell Osiris went through and back to get Saint back.
Eramis x Athrys: 8/10. Another basic choice, but so full of meaning, other than being the only pairing that 100% fits every lyrics.
Zavala x Safiyah: 6/10. I don't care enough for the pairing, but you got to commend the originality of it.
Maya Sundaresh x Chioma Esi: 6/10. Unexpected and kinda OOC, considering their lore, but it does for a hopeful ending. Not a ship of mine, but I would give them this.
Drifter x Eris Morn: 9/10. Simply enamoured with the picture of Drifter going "you could be the worst monster in this cursed system and I'd still wait for you until the end of eternity because this is how much I am devoted to you".
Calus x Umun'arath: 10000000/10. HEARTBREAKING DEVASTATING AGONIZING I'M A MESS ON THE FLOOR PLEASE LET THEM BE HAPPY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Savathûn/Xivu Arath: 10/10. Intended as "would you still love me and consider me as your sister despite me not being the same" and Xivu replying with "YES OF COURSE I WOULD YOU DUMB FUCK", I would cry all my tears.
Gardener/Witness: 11/10. It's just. pure agony. "Don't tell me you're not the same person/You're always my child". please let the Witness be happy with its mom for five seconds.
And that's as much as I've got Feel free to add more (or not, we aren't coercing anybody)!
i hope eramis finds athrys eventually :,(
I do too :,( it's what she deserves, she's gone through so much already and what I think would be the best for her road to recovery is being granted the grace to settle down with her wife and children in some semblance of safety and dignity to try to heal- I'm really hoping that she'll be able to get that, maybe with Eido and the YW's help, maybe just by herself
I was hoping that we'd see Athrys and the kids in game at least once but I don't have too many hopes about that happening, mostly bc I came to the realization that they'd have to put a name and number on all of them if they did so. I came to this realization when trying to write Eramis fic where I MYSELF was trying desperately to juggle not naming and numbering Eramis and Athrys's 'many hatchlings', however, so I don't exactly blame them for copping out of this one
still thinking about A Babygirl still unsure of her design still incapable of posting finished pieces lol
Dreams of Armageddon - Chapter 1
After Eramis suffers a life changing injury from a battle following Twilight Gap, Athrys must find a way to help her mate and their new clutch of hatchlings through a tumultuous time of change.
I have literally only written this one chapter so far and fragments of the second. I know where it ends but not how it goes. Come and enjoy the ride!
Do you guys remember that eramis had a wife? I know some of you do.
Here's another possibility of another cannon fact that you guys may or may not know about eramis...
How I found it was when I was digging around on Google last night out of curiosity while I was revisting the tumblr posts about athrys (I was even listening to her lullaby last night (which means i had another wierd night)) on who eidos biological mother could be.
What I've found out last was well ummm...
my interpretation of athrys
