Kentucky Hot Brown Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic hot brown sandwich, perfect for watching the Derby on Saturday! These juicy beef patties are loaded with turkey, bacon, tomato, and Swiss cheese, then topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce, all sandwiched between toasted buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices cooked turkey breast. 8 slices tomato. 8 slices cooked bacon. 4 slices Swiss cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put chopped bacon, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together until it's well mixed. Shape the beef into four patties. Grill the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes. Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each patty, then two slices of turkey breast, two slices of tomato, and two slices of bacon on top of each patty. Spread mayonnaise on the hamburger buns that have been toasted. Place the patties that have been put together on the bottom buns and then cover them with the top buns. Add chopped parsley as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
