Bendigo Fletcher - Terminally Wild ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @bendigofletcher @soulsteprecords ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m tragically behind on reviewing this outstanding double EP release from Louisville, Kentucky band Bendigo Fletcher care of my friends at Soul Step Records. This band blends elements of psych-folk and Americana and would fit nicely on a bill with bands like Fleet Foxes, Dr. Dog, and maybe even Band of Horses, though if I had my druthers, I’d make Oh No Oh My get back together to play a double bill with them. Since this is a double EP from different points in their career, you can compare and contrast some of the dreamier songs from earlier in their discography with more of the folk leanings of their more recent work. It’s some really beautifully written and performed mellow instrumentation with gorgeous vocal harmonies throughout. They’ve kept pretty busy lately and have been put on the bills of the Dogwood Arts Festival, On the Rail Festival, Petefest Festival, and Forecastle Fest this summer so if you’re anywhere near one of those, you better find a way to get out and see them play live. Now, because it took me so long to recover from the worst semester of all time, I’m posting this too late for you to get any of the super rare color variant posted here. However, have no fear, there are still some black vinyl copies left! Robakathesaint dropped a 'Parody' male version to 'TWERK'

A talented studio engineer and producer based in Louisville, Kentucky shares a parody male version of the widely popular new record from City Girls and Cardi B., called ‘Twerk’. His intentions you might ask? To prove to artists he has worked with that they already have the tools they need to be succ
