Ygritte was probably the most difficult choice. She isn't a character I like and I couldn't find someone else than Artemis. But since I used that goddess for Arya, I had to think of another. I came with the one representing liberty. It makes sense in my opinion.

As for Val, I saw Chione once and was happy with the idea. Ceto for Asha/Yara is the perfect combinaison. Maybe Hera for Olenna would be a choice many disagree with, but at the same time, she's the one organizing the marriages of her grandchildren (Willas and Margaery). Plus she's the queen of thorns, so why not the queen of gods ?

Hestia for Gilly made sense to me. Shireen being a fan of history is perfect for Kleio. I came with the idea of Athena for Brienne because she's obviously a warrior, believes in true knights and heroes. And Athena is literally the protector of heroes. And Arianne for Aphrodite makes sense I think.
