Ingredients: 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve hot with celery sticks or low-carb crackers for dipping.
