This has been my first push-day #workoutroutine each week lately. . I saved this workout, including ramp up sets and working sets, as a story highlight named Push Day 1. I will do the same for my other routines for those interested in giving a high-frequency full-body push/pull training split a try. This type of training has given me the best results to date. . I alternate periods of high-weight low-rep work and moderate-weight higher rep work. . You will notice that most of my work is Iso-lateral or uni-lateral, especially for upper body movements.
