I have never cheated on keto! Said no one ever!! Once u get on the keto wagon, you will automatically enrich yourself with knowledge about food and what it does to your body. So each time you put anything in your mouth you would do it mindfully. At least that is what I practice. I would always be aware of the consequences and weigh out the pros and cons, and whether it's worth getting kicked out of ketosis or not. There are birthdays or anniversaries or dinners that involves family and friends that we just cannot avoid. When I do, the most important thing to do is to know how to get back in ketosis. There is no secret pill or drink or shake that you could consume that will immediately get you back in. Just do what you did since the first day you started keto, I always say. Depending on how fat adapted you are you will be back on track in no time. Attempted to make Egg Loaf for the 1st time today. Turned out quite good. I will tweak it to make the taste more to my liking, but I did add blueberries to this 😁 Ingredients: half block of butter, half block of cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. Just blend and bake for 40mins 180°C.
