Cauliflower Rice Goreng Bodoh..haha The thing about cauliflower rice I find that u need to cook them long enough until they soften or turn to a beige colour, no longer white to know if it's cooked. If not they won't be soft enough and still smell/taste of cauliflower. So this video was shortened from about 10-15 minutes to 2 minutes. So u can estimate how long it takes to cook it. I also left the sounds on so u can hear the crisping of the shallots and achovies(plus my sneeze..excuse me!) before adding the cauliflower rice. The liquid I poured in was my anchovies stock. Sometimes I would fry the anchovies 1st and remove to sprinkle over the rice. Sometimes I would add shrimp or chicken bits or even beef strips. Also other veggies like Kangkung, Bakchoy etc. The options are endless! Do try and let me know the outcome k 😘 Full video is also in my IGTV #phatmamaeats #phatmamacooksketo #ketofood #dietketo #ketomalaysia
