Greek Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Mushrooms and Zucchini 😍 Right before I ate this I sprinkled a bunch of feta cheese on top... next level yum! 😋 - Instructions: Take 1 pound of boneless/skinless chicken thighs and coat with olive oil, salt, oregano, lemon pepper (I used @flavorgod lemon garlic seasoning) minced garlic, onion powder and some fresh lemon juice. Let marinate for about 30 mins or longer. Than bake in the oven @ 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. ⠀ For the vegetables: Sauté chopped zucchini and baby bella mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and garlic over medium high head for about 5-6 minutes.
