Well… except for THIS KETO VERSION 😝 - **Immediately drives to the supermarket to get ingredients and make this epic slice** - Make sure you’re following @theketobible for more daily recipes, information and tips! ✔️ - Shoutout to @keto.gang for recreating this all-time classic dessert 🙌🏼 - 📋 INGREDIENTS: Base: 200g almond meal 30g nut butter of your choice 50g butter Caramel Sauce: 1 cup thickened cream or HWC 250g salted butter 4 TB brown sugar substitute Top: Coconut Chips - 👨🏽🍳 INSTRUCTIONS: Base: 1. Melt the butter and nut butter together, mix in almond flour and bake for 10 min in a lines baking dish at 180 degrees. Caramel Sauce: 1. Melt the ingredients and let it simmer consistently for approx 15 minutes. Once it has thickened, turn it up to high for 5 minutes to let it really caramelise (make sure you stir it constantly while doing this). 2. Pour over Base then sprinkle with himalayan pink salt and coconut chips! The saltiness mixed with the sweetness is so delish!
