🔹Lazy Keto for Life!🔹 I am able to do this eating lifestyle only by doing lazy keto because I’m not lazy at all! 🌀 That doesn’t even make sense! 🌀 I, like many of you, or most of you, am very busy all day long with home businesses and 4 kiddos. I wanted to do this so bad but didn’t want to overwhelm myself with tracking. BEEN THERE, DONE THAT! 🌀 True story: tracking grosses me out. I started counting calories when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I didn’t know I was pregnant at the time. I loved eating my salad every day for lunch. One day, I didn’t even want to look at my salad and gave it away to my coworker. The next day while I was preparing my salad again, I was getting grossed out while I measured everything. So yeah, I relate counting or tracking to that time of my life and it grosses me out. 🌀 Anyways! I only track carbs. I started at 50grams and did that for 6 months. When I was at my goal weight, I lowered that to 20g. I know, weird, lowering it after I reach my goal weight. I make sure to eat moderate protein and eat as much fat as I can. That is one reason I became a coffee drinker. 🌀 Soooo yeah, I do lazy keto because I’m not lazy. 😎
