So simple & So Delish shrimp recipe - 1lb cooked and peeled shrimp 1 package Kielbasa sliced 1/2 package Longaniza or chorizo 2 green bell pepper sliced 5 sweet mini peppers sliced 1/2 small onion sliced 1 jalapeño sliced 3 bay leaves 1/2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 tsp real salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp old bay seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp Tajin 1. In a large skillet add longaniza and sliced kielbasa cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. 2. Remove from pan, add in 1 tbsp avocado oil, minced garlic & shrimp, cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add chopped veggies, bay leaves & seasonings. 4. Add longaniza & kielbasa back into skillet. 5. Combine all ingredients together, cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!
