SOOO excited to dig into this cookbook I found at #costco today! It’s by @mariaemmerich and looks amazing! So many ideas I’d never thought of. :) I’m not dairy free anymore, but I don’t like the sheer volume of dairy products I’ve fallen into eating lately lol so this should freshen up my menu nicely. #keto #leakygut #myketogut #ketorific

#thisishowiketo Sigang is ready - Filipino dish traditionally made with water spinach and taro root - but since tubers aren't too keto friendly I opted for Daikon and banana blossom - the broth is super sour - I ended up using 4 lemons - the broth is traditionally soured with #kamias #santol or unripe #tamarind - since those ingredients are not readily available in my beloved Texas I use what I have. There are #knorrtamarindsoupmix But I do not use #monosodiumglutamate Aka MSG in my cooking.
