Proud to be a nurse badges https://www.koolbadges.co.uk/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=proud+to+be+a+nurse
As a key worker, I've been watching this unfold while eating popcorn.
Ask some questions below about me, my lifestyle, work etc and I’ll do a post with all the answers!
Starting From Scratch
So I’ve decided to get back into blogging and just to keep things simple I’m rebooting this account.
On here I’m gonna be mostly discussing pop culture, possibly a little bit of politics and some real life stuff as well. To add to this blog I also will be posting on YouTube but I’ll save the links until thats ready, or should I say I’m ready for people to start looking at it!
A little bit about me is that I’m a straight cis white guy (don’t let that put you off!). I’m from the UK, born in Manchester but living in London. Politically I’m a Socialist and as for religion I’m an Atheist, but not to the point where I belittle other peoples’ beliefs. Whatever brings you comfort in these bizarre and testing times then more power to you!
I suppose one of the reasons for doing this is feeling a little lost these days in the so called new normal and this seems like a fairly safe place to get some things off my chest. I have to acknowledge though that unlike many people in the pandemic I’m a ‘key worker’ so at least I’ve kept my job but more about that in future posts... possibly!
Anyway I hope my blog will be entertaining enough to keep you checking in, bye for now
More uninteresting work pics for ya xxxx
Customers at work keep saying shit like "things are finally going back to normal, thank god for that"
Like, no. Things aren't going back to normal. The deaths are still in the hundreds. Nothing about this is normal. And it shouldn't be. We shouldn't suddenly act like everything is fine. I fucking hate my stupid job but I can't quit cus I need money for therapy. I hate this.
