"And I think... you're... done!" Cameron cupped the metal bird, a ticking thrum steady under their thumbs as the machine flew to life. It circled the workshop, pulling a delighted noise from its maker, before fluttering delicately upon their open palm. "Welcome to the world, lil' guy!"

Creative as ever, they like to make metal companions in between all the equipment and weaponry they're asked for. Their workshop is quite the mess, but a friendly one if one ever happens to visit. ^^

is jamies personality in the drabble played up since hes an elf and you know, elves are assholes, or is that how he actually acts in some scenes/with certain people?
overall, he gives them a lot more trouble than they actually deserve (bc for jamie that's not a bug. that's a feature 👍). the rest varies slightly by season!
since the theme is rivalry: he calls spring an insufferable know-it-all; he finds summer annoyingly self-assured; he assumes fall is more coy than they appear; and he finds winter too put-together not to mess with. as you can see, each trait is something he would also find if he looked in a mirror. he will not be introspecting about this, thank you.
honestly, with how petty their spats can get, their team leader probably has to be very good at wrangling them both. putting them on separate teams is out of the question of course! he won't admit it, but jamie would rather quit than not have MC around for backup.
dercy hours so im expanding on their dynamic in MIWM (monsters in wryn mayer, the keyframes x monsterhearts AU) They try to get rid of Percy's (litteral in his head) demon. It's to little success however. So their current bet is looking for another oni to make a contract with... Hopefully a more benevolent being. Deja doesn't like playing with the odds of finding another one, but it's better than the alternative. They say whatever heeds your call has to find your voice familiar. And Percy's a little different from first spring. They work together to gather as much info they can on anything supernatural in a journal series. The entire group of misfits end in there too, to Jamie's dismay. Reynah has a hand on those too, especially after an incident earlier this year involving PJE. She says it's her job as part of the elected body. It's also how Deja's been sent to keeping an eye on them. It certainly helps that Jamie knew MC and Cameron and that the group organically glued itself together.
