KHEMJIRA THE SERIES (2025) - EP 2
Yod was like "I'm a villain that made questionable acts to get my brother's fiancé and ultimately failed in my quest when said-fiancé died and I simultaneously lost my brother's respect and affection, but I draw the line here. I would never bound myself to wretched spirit like you".
I feel like we need another series with Namping and Janis as like besties, siblings, or cousins.
I just would love to see them interact onscreen.
I feel like they could really do a chaotic duo well.
Their interactions at events and in the bts are so cute and hilarious.
Maybe a series, in which they just exist chaotically and their romantic interests (obviously Keng for Ping) just can’t help but happily fall for them.

Yod failed to understand that his love would never be appealing to Khem, even if he knew about their past and even more because of what he did in the past. He would never be "Yod" again and he couldn't accept it.
Yet in the end, when he showed repentance after everything he has done, Khem showed him kindness and forgiveness. That's when he called him again by the name the past Khem used when talking to him.
The problem has always been that Yod never understood the meaning of love. He always thought that because he was in love with Khem and because he knew her before, they should have been together.
His love was more akin to obsession than true love. If he truly loved Khem, in a selfless way, he would have let her be happy with his brother. However, he was blinded by jealousy, and all he did, brought his doom forward.
Every time he was put in front of the fact that Khem didn't want to be with him, he forgot that his love for her/him wasn't supposed to force her/him to be with him. I don't think that's the kind of love he was expecting from Khem. He wanted what his brother and Khem had.
So, was his love not real? I don't think so. I just think he didn't understand what it means to be in love. He had this preconceived idea of what it is. I want to believe that in the end of the episode when he said he would bear the consequence, he started to understand what it truly means.
