In my opinion, it looks like Khloe lost a lot of weight, then softened up her strong features with fillers injected to her cheeks, jawline, nose and lips. I believe she also makes more drastic alterations to her face with @facetuneapp than her other sisters. . Overall I think she looks good, however her only persona is definitely different than real life.
