The progress of the sales of KHSB has finally surfaced with the announcement of the plan for sale of KPS equity for cash consideration of RM 0.836. The news is a boon for more for the company. Let's sit back and watch.

KPS, What's Next

Position: YES

With active news flow, I have accumulated and dispose KPS on a simple trade. Once bought back, I have one issue in my mind, what's next for this stock? Besides the positive sign of KHSB disposal which will result in good capital return, KPS is as well involve in the news flow of their stake in SYABAS. I will hang on a while more to assess further the counter performance. Today will mark the ex-dividend date for KPS. Will the news flow died off before further interest is sparked on? May media, Selangor and Federal government be generous in handling Selangor water asset conflict.

Two Brothers, KPS & PUNCAK

Position: YES

Water-themed rally has been on the go for some time. With various investment reports on selected counters and the news flow of the affected Selangor water industry, KPS and PUNCAK will be the limelight for some time to go. PUNCAK has gone ex for their 5 cents dividend and as well as free warrant for the ratio of 1:10. Today's rally indeed a relief and bucks earning for those who have hold while been bashed since the beginning last week. 

I have been playing some ding-dongs with KPS. In terms of beneficiary of the news flow, PUNCAK is seems to have the high side to benefit further. Though, the complexion of a possible corporate tussle has hindered me from holding on for long. KPS will only benefit for the upcoming KHSB sales and as well as the succession of restructuring of Selangor water asset (with the holding on SYABAS). 

Mark your liking and may you benefit with the current corporate theme. I still have some KPS but may as well to dispose shall the price is right. :)
