Off to get the money I'm owed by my ex employers today, been a struggle thus far! Wish me luck!
I’ve been kidding myself for the last few weeks, I’ve just been eating pure junk. I’ve not been to the gym, I’ve just given up and I’m pretty sure I’ve piled quite a lot of weight on but I am far too scared to face the scales. Tomorrow morning this girl is kicking arse.
Breakfast - carrot, apple and ginger juice with a piece of fruit. Lunch - small ham sandwich and yoghurt with raspberries. Snack - fruit Dinner - steamed chicken breast with tortellini (quick dinner as it will be after 8.30pm when I get to eat!)
Exercise - standard two mile walk to work in the morning, straight to the gym after work for a 6pm spin class and a 7.10pm pump class.
I am not cancelling a damn thing unless I get run over! I need to start doing the damn thing properly and stop living in my fantasy little dreamworld in my head!

Really getting round to being back to myself again. I'm tired and doing this is long but I'm up at 3.30am doing something I love doing. My life is great my job is great! Fuck stupid thoughts! I've got far too many things going right in my life to actually give two fucks about the things that could go wrong :) I shall be renewing my website by the end of February and creating a new blog and group on here and Facebook to promote my work. The time has come when I get out of this rut. Stop focusing on the little things and start taking swipes at the things that have always been my top priority. Links will be provided.
