Get to Know the Writer Thanks for the tag @aranarumei !! took me a bit to get to this one but yay! Apologies ahead of time, but I'm a rambler, you've been warned!

When did you start writing?

I'll be honest. There's not really a time where I feel as if I haven't been writing? In third grade of elementary school, we were tasked with writing a short story and mine was late to turn in because I kept running behind on it and being too perfectionist with it. (Yes, even as a third grader. ><) In the end, I never got passed the first draft when my teacher told me to consider it done and as punishment for being a week late, I'd have to read it in front of the the entire class. It was nerve wracking and I was terrified. And it was the silliest little story I ever could have written about two brothers who ran a factory making jell-o, but were turned into Jell-o themselves due to an explosion. They then proceeded to chase a pizza delivery guy down through half the town to try and tip the poor man who screamed at the sight of them and booked it. In the end, they were cured of their jell-o bodies via falling into a pond and washing it all off. You know - third grade kid logic? The entire class loved it and wanted a copy and It kinda fueled me to just.. never stop coming up with story ideas. And when I came across fanfiction as a teen well.. that REALLY blew everything up. One of these days, I hope to finish an originally story, but I haven't written more than 15k words on anything specifically original, just a shit ton of world building and maaaany different characters for maaaany different worlds. Maybe now that I've finally been diagnosed as ADHD and have been put on medication, I'll actually finish something!

What fic do you wish could get a little more love?

This is always going to be the fic, "A Smile In The Embers." One of my shortest multi-chapters that I managed to write in the span of one month. But the idea was to create a story that sounded like an actual Fairy Tale of sorts, and I've always been proud of it. The more love it gets, the happier I am, despite the fact I finished it years ago. Asides from that, ANY of my none nalu-related one shots I've written. I feel like people don't give those the chance they deserve just becuase a majority are rare pairs. But I think EVERYONE should give non-canon pairs a chance every now and again. lol Some examples would be: Snowflakes On Shadows , A Slushy A Day , Hyper Focus , and Transient .

First fictional or famous crush?

Link From Legend of Zelda. I am aware he doesn't technically talk, but I always gave him a voice in my head and always sort of tried to envision what he was thinking and feeling in the many different Zelda games I played. And I liked the personality my own brain came up with. In the end, however, I realized my crush was more gender envy than anything. That damn androgynous looking twink.... **shakes fist at** GIMME. After that it would probably be "Hiei" from Yu Yu Hakusho up until I realized I saw him as 100% Aroace. But he'll forever be number one on the Blorbo list.

How open are you IRL about writing fanfic?

Ahahahaaaa- So, growing up, I only talked about fanfic to some of my other friends who also got excited to know fanfic was a thing and got into reading it. But I didn't even attempt to explain it to any of my parents until about... last year? And while they dont seem to understand the point, they have seen my og work so they do know I'm not always writing fics. What they DON'T understand is why I haven't finished anything original yet or why I wont let them READ any of the fanfics I've written. (they'll never find the links! NEVER)

What is a mundane fact about you?

Uhh- I'm terrible at questions like this. Uhm.. I am often covered and unable to move due to three cats that all want to sleep on me at once - .. and now a chihuahua has been added to that pile.

currently watching: Link Click on Wednesdays with a Watch Party group. And uhh.. that's about it. My brain doesn't have it in me to watch a lot of new stuff so I keep rewatching youtube videos instead. (been watching a Let's Play for Love and Deepspace... if you haven't played or know nothing of it, don't judge. the game is actually really good)

currently reading: Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation for a book club I'm in. (going to read all five volumes!) Also rereading "The Summoner" By Gail Z. Martin as that's one of my favorite bookseries and I just got the first book back after the og was damaged by a burst pipe. This is not including all the fanfics I have a "to read eventually" mark on- .. or the fanfics I've been rereading, "The Other Nephew" and "Dispersing Clouds." (One is so angsty I have to take breaks on reading it for mental health but its sooo good- and the other is just amazing in general so-)

current obsession: MY OWN OCS. HAVE YOU MET KAIDEN AND ASTER YET I THINK I'VE DRAWN THEM ENOUGH THIS YEAR. *cough* I mean- uhh- Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation - The Disabled Tyrant's Beloved Pet Fish - Fields of Mistria and Sonic?

currently working on: After having a horrid beginning of the year (with my cat passing and my grandma getting put in hospice - among other mental health issues I'm getting test on soon) - I'm trying to get back into writing Flame's Desire and Violet Moon in my Fairy Tail fics. As well as updating my Genshin fic, Forbidden Woods. I'm also working on potty training a dog cause I got a new puppy yesterday and he is a timit boy scared to go outside. (He's so sweet tho)

last google search: ganbare! nakamura-kun!! Because I'm thinking of watching it and wanted to verify where I could do so...

I hear you. I get it. Unfortunately I'm going through some health issues that I do not wish to share to the general online public just now.

But it's serious enough to put me on forced bedrest and a possible visit to the hospital soon. So... Violet Moon is coming soon. But it's gonna be a little late.

It's fun to write Lucy freaking out because her coping mechanism to process her panic is to focus on the most absurd thing happening and fret about that instead of the main issue.

Just for me to see a small, corner shop hidden away called the "BOOK EMPORIUM" and I got sooo excited!
