So, after seeing this [post]

I'll be honest..

Hero, Like a Weed, Naturally, as a Matter of Course, and The Town Inside Me are better self love songs than Golden.

These songs are actual power ballads in my eyes.

Like, i'm not taking it back, like, they aren't hiding behind facades(well, for Hero, but its more about the character accepting who they actually are, they choose to be that person).

I forgot one more song that's actually an uplifting power ballad than Golden, its "Before My Body Is Dry":

Y’know what I hate about the Kill la Kill fandom?

People who consider Ryuko and Mako “just friends” but think it’s plausible to ship Ryuko with Satsuki OR FUCKING SENKETSU.

Also, I have nothing against people who ship Ryuko with Mikisugi or Mako with Gamagoori, but I personally dislike both couples. :P
