Social Anxiety does not mean ones desire to interact and communicate with others is low, it is simply the inability to do so.
Be kind to that person trying to make friends but comes off as awkward. Cheer for that girl or guy standing on the stage but faltering a bit trying to sing that song. Be supportive of that single friend, who keeps evading proposals, they maybe fearing they might embarrass themselves on their first date.
One kind word or gesture may go a very long way for a person who takes very calculated steps in directions where others feet may simply saunter without much thought.
Wisdom isn't shown by our "book learning," smart comments, or arrogance. No, true wisdom is shown by the godly character of our life lived with humility and kind deeds.

Getting recognized as an artists or having your work called as art, is so empowering. I think we should do that to each other more. :)
Last summer I asked an autograph from a cellist playing on a street, because I thought that she should be on the world’s biggest stage. She was so moved and I loved making her smile so brightly.
Last summer I offered to paint a painting featuring this classic gas station, and I was going to do that for free, but the employee asked me, ‘’what do you usually charge from your works?’’ I was so surprised by the question, because for the first time in my life, someone else thought of me as an artist.
We should spread the love we get.
Lets make this world a better place by not Invalidating others experiences, traumas and feelings.
It may be something trivial for someone else but it could be a great deal for the person going through it.
Be kind, always and forever. 🤍
If each of us taught our children to:
1. Love themselves and others
2. Be compassionate towards all forms of life on Earth, including their own
3. Respect and care for each other
4. Communicate, listen and understand
5. Respond instead of reacting
6. Accept instead of discriminate
7. Choose peace over hostility
8. Lastly and most importantly, teach their own children the above things and ask them to pass it down to future generations, then
We can assume that the generations over the next centuries would lead a better life In a more peaceful world than we do now. 💜
This is the least we can do as the youth of the present world.

Many of us ask this question to ourselves:
"I've done so much for others. When can I do something for myself?"
The answer to it is:
Now and forevermore. It's time to put yourself first.
