How are you feeling?

Better, but this recovery is taking longer than I thought. Still having a lot of coughing, headaches, weakness, tiredness, a slightly fluttery heartbeat at times, but way better than the last few days.

...Though there is one problem. This sort of foggy brain, weird focus thing has made it hard to finish the chapter.

Typically when I write, I play out the scene a few times mentally. Try to get a good mental image of how it sounds, where characters are, what they're doing. But the nagging headache and the sleepiness has been making that process a lot harder. As of now, the chapter is pretty much done- requiring editing- but the ending is not up to my usually standards. 8/ Seems stiff, but maybe I'm overthinking it.

But, other than that, seems like I'm on the path to recovery! ^_^

Personal news

I started a new job on Tuesday and to my surprise, people are so warm and welcoming. It's a real joy to work again and a relief do it in good company.
