This is a Kindleon, a Grass/Fire-typed eeveelution created by @inprogresspokemon.

Hey! I went through your fake Eeveelutions list again and noticed a small inconsistency (?). Your Kindleon is labeled as Grass/Fire on the artwork, but the post description itself uses Fire/Grass. Since your Bircheon is already Fire/Grass, I assume the latter is correct.

If I'm recalling correctly, Kindleon originally was Fire/Grass, but when I made Bircheon (which was not planned, I was inspired out of the blue) I felt Kindleon made a better Grass/Fire and Bircheon a better Fire/Grass, so I changed Kindleon, but must have missed that one.

Next of gift Pixel art is Austin, who belongs to @mattdrawsmen and is based on @inprogresspokemon‘s Kindleon.

His playstyle is entirely rushdown, using sports equipment to get in close and combo is enemies.  Additionally, he has a strong anti-air game with his baseball bat as well as his character trait: Star Athlete.

This trait lets Austin switch between three kinds of flaming sports balls: 

Hail Mary: A full screen football throw that arcs to the top of the screen that’ll stop opponent’s forward movement.  Meter burned versions launch opponents.

Line Drive: A baseball hit that quickly travels straight across the the screen.  When meter burned, it re-stands the target for combos.

Spike: Jumping up, Austin spikes a volleyball down to keep enemies from jumping.  When meter burned, it bounces the enemies into combos.

Kindleon (Grass/Fire) -  (pronounced like kindling)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. If an Eevee lives in a forest area that often experiences wildfires, the frequent heat exposure mixed with the local plant life can cause the Pokemon to evolve into the Grass/Fire type Kindleon. This Eeveelution’s fur is fertile, and produces a mane of leaves that they can set ablaze as a defense mechanism. The ash this produces is full of nutrients, and they will regrow the leaves very quickly. Though Kindleon are sometimes known to accidentally cause wildfires, a lush forest always grows back in its place. Pokemon trainers can attempt to evolve their Eevee into this evolution by exposing them to spore-releasing plants and many warm fires.
